Introduction

This website is dedicated to presenting the history of the James Laurence Luxon family. It includes the ancestry of: 1) the Luxon family of Devon and Cornwall back to 1500 along with that of the Bazin/Taudevins of St Peter Port, Channel Islands, 2) the Pye family of Bolton, Greater Manchester, England, 3) the Lemanski/Karschnia family (James Luxon’s maternal grandparents), and 4) the Kryszak and Mieskowski families of Kris (Klarice) Luxon’s parents and grandparents. Families 3 and 4 are originally from Poland and data is thus limited.
